FREE SHIPPING
We offer free shipping worldwide via ground. Once the order is placed, an email notification is sent with confirmation. A second email notification is sent with tracking information, once the order is fulfilled.

RETURN POLICY FOR PRODUCTS
Our return policy lasts thirty (30) days from the delivery date of purchase. Please email customerservice@chandrakeyser.com and request a prepaid return shipping label.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the original packaging. 

EXCHANGES
If an item is defective (if applicable) email us within thirty (30days from the delivery date for an exchange. customerservice@chandrakeyser.com

Sale items and Masks are all Final Sale.

RETURN POLICY FOR SERVICES
Our policy lasts up to (1) week prior to the scheduled service. After this date, we do not offer refunds. However, the service may be reschedule for a later date.

CARE
Characteristics that may appear with use are the nature of these fine materials. If the product gets wet, let it dry naturally, then gently rub with a soft cloth. To preserve the original quality of this product, avoid placing near sources of heat, moisture, and light. To maintain over time, we recommend storing your products with the original packaging and use a dust cover bag.
